Returning Equipment
When equipment is hired we charge customers 40% refundable deposit which will be paid fully or partially upon the return of the equipment hired so far. However, in order to recover 100% of the RD, the following conditions must be satisfied:
Equipment Cleaning and Repackaging

Returning Unclean Equipment
Below is how we expect all equipment to be repacked when returned to us unclean. The basic requirement is that all equipment must be dry and repackaged as they were received. All original packaging and partitioning must be maintained to secure the equipment while on transit.
All Dinner Plates, platters, bowls, teacup saucers
Teacups, Mugs, Wine goblets, Champagne Flutes, Hi-ball, glass jars
Cutlery and Utensils
Chafing Equipment and components
Pump action airpots, decanters, teapots, etc.
Water Boilers/Urns, Soup kettle
Lost /Damaged Equipment
There are charges for lost equipment or damaged equipment beyond its intended use. Beyond intended use also refers to visible dents that are not good for display to the satisfaction of a user. Late Fees
You are required to return our equipment within a maximum of 2 days after your event date unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Please refer to point (10) of our T&Cs for any surcharges that can be imposed when our equipment is not returned on time as per booking order.
