Party Equip is family owned online based  catering equipment hire/rental service in Coventry, supplying food display equipment, beverage dispensers, tableware and buffet accessories. All equipment booking orders are submitted directly from this website.   We do not take orders over the phone, but enquiries only.   Our service allows customers to keep equipment in their care for up to 2 days after their event.  We apply a 40% refundable deposit (RD) on all equipment hired. Returning customers are awarded 3% discount  on equipment.


Bookings Calendar

We operate strictly on appointment basis for our main business transactions such as equipment collections and returns including deliveries. Therefore, we run a BOOKINGS CALENDAR which provides the dates and a timeframe when customers can collect and/or return equipment including deliveries. It is also time during which we  can answer direct calls.  However, you can still contact us via our "Contact Us", email, text, WhatsApp or Messenger and we will respond to you and/or call you back as soon as possible.


Open Times

We are open for business 7 days a week including some UK bank holidays from  0930-1900. However, we will respond to your queries till 11:45PM via "Contact Us", email, WhatsApp or Messenger.  


Equipment  Booking

For better preparation, please allow at least 5 days before your event to place a booking. However,  this  not a restrictive measure but  to also guarantee availability of equipment. Otherwise please call us first if your event is happening in less than 5 days time as we may be able to help you.  As you browse through the equipment catalogue, take  note of the equipment number (PE/000A) which we use to identify each equipment during the booking process. We handle each booking request manually to avoid overbooking. 

 

NEW CUSTOMERS:

Please note that if you are a new customer, Steps 1 and 2 must be completed to finalise your booking request. We will then send you an invoice and any order updates order via email.

 RETURNING CUSTOMER:

If you have used our service previously, you are awarded 3% discount on equipment only for all your next orders. To place an order now, go to "E-BOOKING" and select "Returning Customer Order Form" or the applicable ribbon above.

 

Consumables

If you would like to place an order for chafing fuel only, please go to "E-BOOKING" and select the "Consumables Order Form".

 

Delivery Service

We currently offer FREE delivery service within Coventry for small orders only. Limited delivery slots available. Otherwise our delivery service is available for minimum orders of £100 excluding services and before refundable deposit is applied. A minimum order of £300 is delivered for free up a 30-mile radius from Coventry.
