Party Equip is online based family catering equipment hire /rental service in Coventry. We supply food display equipment, drink dispensers, tableware and buffet services accessories. All equipment bookings/reservations are submitted directly from this website. Please be aware that we apply a 40% refundable deposit (RD) on all equipment hired. All returning customers are awarded 3% discounton equipment. Customers are allowed to keep equipment in their care for up to 2 days after their event.  

Bookings Calendar

Our business operations are strictly controlled by the Bookings Calendar as to;

• answering phone calls both mobile/landline. 
• When equipment can be collected or returned to us including the availability of  the delivery service.

Open Times

We answer calls strictly during the time stipulated by the Bookings Calendar. However, we can respond to your queries everyday including some UK bank holidays till 11:45PM via email, Messenger, WhatsApp or website "Contact Us" ticket.   

Equipment collection / Return/ deliveries:-

• Mon-Sat 09:30AM-07:00PM. Sun 0930AM - 02:00PM

Equipment  Booking 

For better preparation of equipment and to ensure equipment availability, please allow at least 5 days before your event to place a booking order. Otherwise please call us first if your event is happening in less than 5 days time as we may be able to help you.  As you browse through the equipment catalogue, take  note of the equipment number (PE/000A) which is used to identify each equipment during the booking process. 

NEW CUSTOMERS:

You can watch the video clip above for an overview of our service including how to place a booking order. Otherwise follow instructions below. Please complete Steps 1 and 2 to finalise your booking request and check your email for the invoice and updates about your order.

 RETURNING CUSTOMER:

All returning customers are guaranteed 3% discount on equipment for a life time. To place an order now, go to "E-BOOKING" and select "Returning Customer Order Form" or click the applicable ribbon above.

Consumables

If you would like to place an order for chafing fuel only, please go to "E-BOOKING" and select the "Consumables Order Form".

Delivery Service

We currently offer FREE delivery service within Coventry for small orders only. Please check our Bookings Calendar for delivery times. Our delivery service outside Coventry starts for a minimum order of £100 before refundable deposit and excluding services. All orders from £300 are delivered for free within a 30-mile radius from Coventry.
