After Event Equipment Cleaning Service
Available from 1st January - 28th February 2025
This offer is available for new and old customers within the CV post code. However, the following conditions must be considered:
- To qualify for this offer, your event must be taking place within the given timeframe
- The customer must collect and return the equipment back to our collection point.
- The equipment must be returned the same day after the event or the next day.
- All food and/or drink residue must be wiped off thoroughly before the equipment is packaged and ready for its return. Please note that this is not simply scrapping off food remnants. Otherwise you will be charged.
- Guidelines on how to return unclean equipment must be followed always.
Giving back to the community
As a service we do not take customer support and loyalty for granted. Therefore, for every returning customer is guaranteed 3% Loyalty Discount on hired equipment.
Please note that;
- This LD supersedes any other qualifying discount or deals.
- This LD is lost after 12 months before the next order is placed.
However, as of 1st January 2024, the LD shall be applied on condition that:
- Your next invoice must be at least £45 (excluding refundable deposit and services).
- Your invoice must be paid into Party Equip Bank Account.
Gastronomy Equipment

Graduate Student Discount
To qualify for this order you must be able to prove your student status by form of student ID or college confirmation or any relevant identification that can be verified. Please note that this discount in not available to businesses. You cannot combine this discount with any other discounts underway on this site.
