EQUIPMENT CLEANING
EXCLUSIVELY to CV Customers: FREE equipment cleaning from 1st January to 29th February 2024.
Customers can request an after event cleaning service for a small fee. This is a prepaid service that is requested during the booking process. Once cleaning service has been requested and paid for, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the service is requested after the event, we charge £10 plus the cleaning fee. Where equipment is not cleaned to our standards, we charge £10 plus cleaning fee.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Customers are free to collect and return equipment to us. However, we can provide a delivery service within our service area only. This service is requested by the customer during the booking process where the destination is clearly stipulated. Please note that this service is non-refundable once it is paid for.

Coventry Destinations
- Delivery service is available for orders of at least £45.00 (equipment only).
- Orders of at least £400 are delivered for free.
- Handling fee may apply for large orders.
Outside Coventry
- Delivery service is available for orders of at least £90 (equipment only).
- Handling fee may apply for large orders.
