Equipment Damage and Loss Charges


While our  equipment is in your care, there are unforeseeable and unintentional accidents that can happen (e.g. loss, missing components, swapping, burnout, dents, breakage, corrosion, deformation, malfunction of electric goods, etc.) leading us to replace the equipment.  Therefore, during the booking process customers agree to be responsible for equipment recovery. When the unfortunate happens, we first of all give the customer a chance to physically replace the equipment prior to asking for the monetary value as follows;

  1. Burnt out/ corroded/ dented Baines-Marie/water pan @ £20.00
  2. Burnt out, corroded, dented, damaged or lost Food pan 9L  @ £13.00
  3. Burnt out, corroded, dented, damaged or lost Food pan 4L @ £7.00

    Customer lit burners directly under the food pans and water pans to cook food. This improper use of chafing dishes costed the customer.

    Therefore if you do not know how to use equipment simply ask. There is no shame in asking but ignorance can cost you.
